Amy Hieatt serves as Connected Risk Solutions’ Managing Director, responsible for the strategic oversight, operations, and tactical execution of national growth, retention, and the organizations customer-centric approach.

The last 20 years of Amy’s career trajectory, have been in the property and casualty insurance industry, working exclusively in the Medical Professional Liability sector. Before being named Managing Director at Connected Risk Solutions in September of 2021, Amy was the head of Business Development for NORCAL Group’s Admitted and E&S business lines ($300+ million in written premium, spearheading organic growth of $40 million annually, and leading a nationwide team located out of four regional offices), and prior to that she was the Executive Vice President of a national retail agency, contributing heavily to 900%+ growth in the Agency’s written premium.

Amy’s 27 years of extensive servant leadership, exceptional record of growth and retention successes, and mentoring high-performance collaborative teams, has earned her the respect of peers across the medical professional liability sector as a visionary leader and expert, she is an invaluable member of the Connected Risk Solutions Team.

Away from the office, Amy is an avid outdoor enthusiast, animal rights activist, and enjoys traveling and reading.

 

As President of Connected Risk Solutions, Brian brings over 35 years of experience in the industry, working both in the US and the UK. After spending most of his career with large insurance corporations, Brian set out to build a wholesale brokerage company focused on fulfilling the needs of his customers. His knowledge and industry perspective serves Connected Risk Solutions well—giving him the edge to attract and retain customers, all while setting the standard that keeps our organization customer-focused at all times.

Prior to establishing Connected Risk Solutions in 2007, Brian worked for Allianz for 12 years in Los Angeles and Chicago (spending the last five years at Allianz as Chief Underwriting Officer), and spent over a year on the retail agency side. Brian also spent 7 years gaining underwriting experience while working in the UK, in both his homeland of Scotland as well as England. Brian holds Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations, and earned a Fellowship degree from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).

Away from the office, Brian is an avid hockey fan. His family shares his love for the Chicago Blackhawks, and they recently completed their ongoing project to see the Hawks play in every NHL stadium. Brian has also delighted in watching his childhood favorites, Liverpool FC, return to the top of the soccer world in recent years. He also enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and reading history and non-fiction books.

Doug MacGinnitie has deep insurance, tax and legal experience. From 2011- 2015, he served as State Revenue Commissioner for Georgia, managing the state’s Department of Revenue. Prior to his public service, he was the COO and a Director of Beecher Carlson, a commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage firm based in Atlanta. He also served as General Counsel of the Hobbs Group, at the time, one of the largest privately held insurance brokerage firms. Doug is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Emory Law School and is a member of several non-profit boards.

Dr. Emanuel (“Manny”) Lauria, CSMC, CSDRM is managing partner of Connected Risk Solutions based in Atlanta. Connected Risk is a specialty property and casualty insurance wholesale broker and risk advisor dedicated to serving the needs of the healthcare industry nationally. He also leads the Connected accident & health reinsurance division, which provides reinsurance and data analytics to managed and value-based care organizations.

Mr. Shuttleworth has both national and international experience in creating alternative risk funding structures for a wide variety of industry groups. He has worked for major insurance companies, major insurance brokers, and one of the leading providers of long term health care in Canada and the U.S. His entire insurance career has been devoted to finding creative solutions to risk funding. His current position as Managing Partner of Venture Captive Management provides him with the opportunity to put his experience and creative energy into practice. He is supported by an extraordinary team of professionals who help him turn his ideas into reality.

Keith has dedicated his career to healthcare industry risk management. His more than three decades of risk management and insurance industry experience include employment as a Director of Risk Management for an integrated delivery system including a physician group, 11 hospitals, 4 nursing homes and a managed care entity. Keith also served as an assistant administrator for a 290-bed long term care facility leading the development of clinical risk management efforts and a development of a captive insurance carrier to manage the organization’s worker’s compensation exposure.

Keith joined the insurance brokerage industry over 20 years ago and has served many healthcare clients designing insurance programs, establishing captive insurance carriers and risk retention groups along with providing risk management and claims management support. For the last 21 years, Keith has led the healthcare practice and Senior Care practice for major insurance brokerages.

As President of AB Risk Specialist, Inc., Keith leads an organization that specializes in developing innovative medical professional liability, management liability and medical provider stop loss insurance solutions for health care organizations. Working with underwriters worldwide, Keith’s firm serves the insurance needs of hospitals, physician groups, home health providers, long term care providers, assisted living providers and many other health care providers.

Keith attended the University of Southern Mississippi achieving an undergraduate degree in business with graduate level work on his MBA at the University of Houston. He completed a Healthcare Administration Certificate Program with Trinity University. Additionally, Keith has earned the insurance industry designations of CPCU (Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter), ARM (Associate in Risk Management) and ALCM (Associate in Loss Control Management).

Kim is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and is an expert on captive insurance matters. She is a former risk manager for a Fortune 50 company, responsible for the placement of billions of dollars of insurance coverage, management of its captives and hundreds of millions of dollars of claims, and resolution of coverage disputes involving complex coverage matters. Kim has consulted for a number of large publicly traded and privately-owned businesses in optimizing their risk management programs and establishing captive insurance programs, large and small.

She is a licensed attorney and has written and spoken on insurance topics including “Coverage for Low-Frequency Risks is Not a Sham” ,Tax Notes Federal, Volume 170, February 21, 2021; “Running into Trouble,” Captive Insurance Times, May 2017; and “Captive Insurance for the Middle Market,” Journal of Accountancy, November 2016.

Kim holds MBA and J.D. degrees from Emory University and a BA degree, magna cum laude, from Oglethorpe University. She is a member of the ABA Captive Insurance Committee and advisory board member of the Georgia Captive Insurance Association.

Linda Nethery is Managing Partner and responsible for all operations at Venture Captive Management. She has been in the insurance industry her entire career working for major companies such as CNA and AIG in addition to local, regional, and national brokerage firms. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Purdue.

Linda has been involved primarily with “long tail” liability and “program” business. Both of these industry segments have unique profitability features and require attention to details to be successfully underwritten. This experience makes her perfectly suited to assessing captive operations and maintaining their profitability. She works closely with the talented staff at VCM who use actuarial data and insurance regulations to the maximum benefit of clients.

Linda also works closely with the other Managing Partner, Sterling Shuttleworth, in the development of new products. She turns creative ideas into tangible results.

As Director of Accounting at Connected Risk Solutions, Molly brings over 14 years of audit, accounting, finance and IT experience in public accounting and consulting within corporate environments. Whether drafting and monitoring budgets, financials, and management reports or formalizing and integrating policies and processes, she brings a high level of industry knowledge, organization and integrity to each project. A strong leader and role model, Molly has received multiple accolades for outstanding performance mentoring teams and for quality of service.

Molly earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University. She belongs to the AICPA and Illinois CPA society. Her work as a role model on behalf of working moms and flexible work schedules has been featured in the Sun Times and Christian Science Monitor.

Outside of work, Molly stays very busy keeping up with her four children. She enjoys being involved in all their activities, volunteering at their school and cooking as a family.

Ric established Pendulum in 2000, and with a great team and hard work have grown Pendulum into the industry’s leading risk management company, providing consultative services to a full spectrum of healthcare settings. Because of his comprehensive background in senior living, Ric works seamlessly with both the operational side and the insurance side of the business. Ric has provided training on risk assessment and management, quality assurance, and liability issues nationally and overseas to promote Pendulum’s mission of helping clients reduce professional liability exposure by balancing risk and defensibility. He is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and Fellow. Ric has been licensed as a nursing home administrator in California, Georgia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Tennessee. Ric received a Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

As the Managing Partner - Healthcare Practice Leader at Connected Risk Solutions, Ryan is responsible for wholesale brokering of P&C Insurance for long-term care facilities and allied health providers, as well as participating in the general management of the company. Ryan has years of experience in insurance industry experience with a specific emphasis on various specialty liability lines, including in the healthcare sector. This experience, along with previous roles that include being a retail broker and manager of an Underwriting/Wholesale division for a specialty MGA, have given him a great understanding of the needs and expectations of retail brokers and underwriters alike. Ryan uses his communication skills and his expertise in sales and marketing to better understand the needs of clients and deliver information in a clear and concise manner.

Steve brings nearly four decades of expertise and experience in industry segment management, and in placing insurance in both the admitted and non-admitted/surplus lines marketplaces. Steve attended Indiana University for his undergraduate degree and received his MBA from Northwestern University. He has spent his entire career in Chicago while also leading national programs allowing him the opportunity to travel throughout the country. Steve comes to us from CNA insurance where he was Vice President of their Illinois branch.

Belinda Ramon serves as an Advisor in Connected Risk Solutions’ Healthcare Division, responsible for wholesale brokering P&C Insurance for Physicians & Surgeons, Allied Healthcare Providers, Miscellaneous Medical Facilities, Labs, Clinics, Rehab Centers, Hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and many more.

Belinda began her Professional Liability Insurance career in 1995 with one of the largest brokerages in the world and quickly became a top producer in the region. She fell in love with the art of negotiation, building relationships with insureds, insurance companies, and wholesale brokers to find the right solution for each client, while managing a team of high-performing account managers and support staff.

In 2014 Belinda moved to the carrier side, working for the largest medical professional liability insurance mutual, NORCAL Group. She facilitated unprecedented new business growth and retention efforts in both the admitted and E&S business divisions.

Belinda’s experience working on the retail side, the carrier side, and now the wholesale side gives her the expertise and understanding to be able to look at a risk through multiple lenses to meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Away from the office, Belinda loves family, friends, writing, listening to music, playing poker, and watching court cases where she can see Litigators in action!

Chelsey is a Partner in the healthcare division of Connected Risk Solutions, and since coming onboard in 2010, she progressively moved up from Account Manager to her role today. These professional involvements have given her well-rounded experience in the essentials of business communication, and have shown her that a combination of great resourcefulness and the right attitude can solve any problem. At Connected Risk Solutions, Chelsey excels at simultaneously coordinating multiple projects with tight timelines.

She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Religious Studies and is a licensed Property and Casualty producer.

Outside of the office, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. As an avid music lover, she attends concerts by her favorite bands every chance she gets. As a graduate from the University of Iowa, she is a dedicated Hawkeye fan and enjoys their sporting events as often as possible.

Dan Hobby has over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, entirely focused on brokerage for the healthcare and social service industries, including Professional and General Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Directors & Officers Liability and Cyber programs. His areas of expertise include Hospitals, Physicians and Physician Groups, Long Term Care/Continuum of Care Facilities, Miscellaneous Medical Facilities and Social Service Organizations. Mr. Hobby graduated from Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business with a bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in Marketing. He has also obtained his Associate in Risk Management designation.

His interests include sports of all kinds, hanging out with his German Shephard, spending time with his high school sweetheart and playing the occasional poker game. Mr. Hobby grew up playing in the most competitive baseball summer leagues where the principles of accountability, responsibility and hard work were instilled in him and at age 16, his team finished #1 in the country, winning both a national and world championship. Mr. Hobby utilizes these same principles in his professional career.

Manny has over 30 years of healthcare P&C underwriting, risk management and brokerage experience, He was a managing director at Marsh McLennan and Wells Fargo Insurance Services (now USI, Inc.), and chief client officer of the global claims management firm, Crawford & Company. His client base includes major urban and rural hospitals, large health systems, physician groups, long-term care facilities, pharmaceutical companies, life science firms, health plans and managed care organizations. Manny’s deep product line knowledge spans medical professional liability, management liability, cyber coverage and stop-loss reinsurance, and from conventional to complex alternative risk financing structures.

He has earned a Doctor in Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, where he was awarded the first Huebner Foundation Executive Fellowship for his innovative research into enterprise risk management. That work led to the publication of his latest book, Strategic Risk Management – New Tools for Competitive Advantage in an Uncertain Age, and a contribution to the second edition of Enterprise Risk Management: Today’s Leading Research and Best Practices for Tomorrow’s Executives. He is an instructor in the university’s Robinson College of Business, and past chair of its GSU Risk Management Foundation. He holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University, a certification in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University and is a HFMA Certified Specialist in Managed Care. Manny is also on the board of directors of the Managed Care Risk Association, whose mission is to inform and educate the association’s members around critical issues facing the industry.

While there are numerous aphorisms one may follow in the world of insurance brokerage, Manny believes that these three are indispensable: first, work hard to understand your client’s business and what matters most to them; second, go the extra mile to provide fresh perspective and options; and third, respond quickly and thoroughly, even on the small issues…each one is a relationship building block.

An avid musician (electric bass – the coolest band instrument) and chef (anything Italian, in particular), Manny resides in Fayetteville, GA with wife Geri, three children and two dogs.

Dylan has spent almost 10 years focusing on all things Healthcare, Social Service and Life Sciences on both the wholesale and retail side. He took the early phase of his career to complete his CPCU, RPLU, ARe, AIDA, AINS and AIS. Dylan values his faith and family above everything, and he uses them as motivation to work as hard as he can. Outside of work Dylan spends his time with his amazing children and wife. When he finds a second to breathe, he’s also studying for his MBA, playing golf, watching MMA, Golf or Football and obsessing over the Philadelphia Eagles (if you’re a Dallas fan, just keep that to yourself.

Jenny has worked within the Connected Risk group since 2017, starting as a Senior Account Manager for AB Risk. In that role, Jenny gained experience and insights that have now given her the expertise needed to transition to an Advisor role. Jenny has worked in the medical malpractice wholesale space since 2002, specializing in mostly in long-term, with knowledge and expertise extending to other areas such as allied health, physicians, physician groups, hospitals, and more. Jenny works hard to find the right solution for any account and to help educate her retail agent partners and their clients about the state of the marketplace, in order to set realistic expectations and deliver for them both.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys traveling with her husband and loves to entertain guests in her home. She is currently enjoying her empty-nester status now that her children are grown adults. For many years, she hosted international high school students for the school year from Asia and several college students. Jenny and her family are active volunteers in their church working with young children and outreach programs to the disadvantaged in our local community.

Jud has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily engaged with healthcare organizations. Prior to joining AB Risk, he served as Senior Leader for two national wholesale firms specializing in healthcare and life sciences brokering. He has also served as Regional Underwriting Director-Healthcare for The St. Paul Companies and Regional Executive for Sales and Client Services with MMI Companies. Jud was a Vice President/Senior Consultant with national Risk Management/Casualty Actuarial Consulting firms for 17 years, specializing in healthcare organizations and captive insurance companies. His practice areas of expertise include multi-hospital systems, acute care and specialty hospitals, academic medical centers, physicians and physician groups, long-term care/continuum of care facilities, ambulatory care facilities, miscellaneous healthcare facilities, clinical trials and medical product placements.

Jud graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/ Education in 1975 and from UGA’s Terry College of Business with a Masters of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance in 1981. He has obtained the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation and the Associate in Risk Management designation.

He likes to emphasize that no account is too small and more importantly, nothing is too large. His team successfully places over 125 transactions per month and pride themselves on always being available.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys salt-water fishing, offroad motorcycle adventures and golf (a.k.a. devil ball).

In her role as an Advisor on the Healthcare team, Megan specializes in brokering P&C Insurance for long-term care facilities, allied healthcare entities, and social service organizations. She worked as an Account Executive for four years prior to transitioning into the broker role in early 2021, where she utilizes her communication skills, attention to detail, and market relationships to understand client needs and deliver from a service and coverage perspective.

Megan is a licensed broker in both Property & Casualty. She has her AINS and ARM designations and is currently working towards her CPCU. Megan graduated with degrees in English and Education from Purdue University and then went on to teach high school for three years before joining Connected Risk Solutions in September of 2016.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys taking weekend trips with her husband, spending time with family, seeing live music, reading, and attempting to golf.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, and staying in touch with family and friends. Ryan, an avid baseball fan, had a short Minor League baseball career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and is also interested in various sports, music, and outdoor activities.

Ryan brings over five years of experience in the healthcare insurance segment. He spent the first four years on the retail side, where he specialized in Long Term Care, helping Senior Living Operators place coverage and implement industry best practices in Risk Management. Ryan attended Stetson University where he was a student athlete and graduated with his Bachelors in Finance. He finished up his football career while working towards his Masters at East Tennessee State University. Ryan has had the opportunity to call many places home over the last couple of years. He was born and raised in South Florida, and has spent time in New Hampshire, Tennessee, Michigan, and now resides in Chicago.

Dial Burwell is an Advisor in the Cyber division of Connected Risk Solutions—focusing on the wholesale brokering of Cyber accounts, premium production and growth, and fostering client relationships.

Prior to joining Connected, Dial’s work experience was primarily in the wholesale space in both underwriting as well as sales and business development in professional liability with a focus to healthcare and cyber products.

Dial graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree & was a member of the tennis team on full scholarship. Additionally, he also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Dial maintains a Georgia Producers License in property & casualty and health.

Outside of work, Dial still enjoys playing tennis along with basketball & golf. He enjoys traveling as much as possible, both domestic and international. He has a passion for professional sports in Atlanta, mainly the Hawks basketball team. He is also heavily involved in giving back to his community through the United Way where he has served on their leadership committee for years advancing their mission.

Dr. Anjali Camara is a Partner in the Cyber division of Connected Risk Solutions—focusing on the wholesale brokering of Cyber accounts, production and growth, and fostering carrier and broker partner relationships.

Anjali graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in business administration. Additionally, she also holds an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in foreign policy from Northwestern University, an M.S. in Organizational Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from DePaul University. Anjali holds an Illinois Producers License in property & casualty, life, accident, and health.

Outside of work, Anjali remains passionate about philanthropy and civic engagement and dedicates her time to the community by sitting on the Board of Directors for the GirlForward organization, the Associate Board for Chicago Scholars, and serves as Board Chair for Deeply Rooted Dance Theater. Anjali also loves international travel, binge watching anything on Netflix, and spending time with her two Rottweilers.

Erin Heiser is an advisor focusing on the wholesale brokerage of cyber and technology E&O accounts, fostering greater understanding of these dynamic lines, and building lasting partnerships.

Erin joined the insurance world after spending time in marketing, working on Boeing Defense, Space and Security. Interested in technology and the cyberscape, she has been specializing in Cyber and Tech E&O since she began working in the wholesale insurance space. She also has further experience in Professional Liability, Media Liability, D&O and EPL.

Erin graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a bachelor’s in science in Advertising/Marketing. She is currently working towards higher education and certification in the Cyber Security space, with particular interest in ethical hacking and information security. She holds a Colorado Producers License in property & casualty.

When she’s not working, Erin is an avid outdoors person, backpacking in the summer and skiing in the winter. A huge music fan, you can find her at concerts and festivals both big and small (and encourages recommendations of new artists).

Ed Mirra joined Connected Risk Solutions in 2021 to lead the development of our Professional and Management liability team. For over a decade, his career has been completely focused on these lines in multiple roles including as both a sales and product leader. Ed attended Slippery Rock University; obtaining two degrees in both Accounting and Finance. Upon graduating, he started his career at Apogee Insurance Group, where in 2014, he was chosen to lead the opening of a regional office outside of Chicago. Through strong carrier relationships, product expertise and clear communication, he can be a go-to resource for you when it comes to these lines of coverage.

Regarding his personal life, Ed is originally from Pennsylvania, spending time in both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. His family has been in the Chicago area for eight years and love it there. He and his wife have four children. They enjoy spending time outside going for walks or hiking, playing sports and winding down their Fridays with pizza/movie nights.

With an extensive clinical and risk management background, Cindi joined Pendulum in 2003. She oversees the Risk Management Program and Pendulum’s large network of independent risk control consultants. As a member of the Executive Team, Cindi is actively involved in the ongoing development of risk management services and products. Her risk and clinical experience include working for a national long term care company as a Corporate Risk Manager and positions as a Director of Clinical Support Services and Utilization for a Health Plan, Physician Practice Manager, and Director of Critical Care Services. Cindi holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.

Constance began her tenure with Pendulum in 2005 as an Editing Analyst and now manages the operations of the Pendulum office. A member of the Executive Team, she is involved in new product development along with coordinating branding and marketing activities. Constance’s background includes editing and marketing in a wide variety of settings including agricultural lending, higher education, archeology–environmental science, and government testing. Constance obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin.

He is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and Fellow. Ric has been licensed as a nursing home administrator in California, Georgia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Tennessee. Ric received a Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

Doug MacGinnitie has deep insurance, tax and legal experience. From 2011- 2015, he served as State Revenue Commissioner for Georgia, managing the state’s Department of Revenue. Prior to his public service, he was the COO and a Director of Beecher Carlson, a commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage firm based in Atlanta. He also served as General Counsel of the Hobbs Group, at the time, one of the largest privately held insurance brokerage firms. Doug is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Emory Law School and is a member of several non-profit boards.

Jay is responsible for oversight of River Oak managed captives, including policy administration, claims, insurance renewals, regulatory compliance, and financial audit supervision. Prior to joining River Oak Risk, Jay was the Deputy Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Insurance and his role included responsibility for the Georgia Captive Division, among other responsibilities. He worked his way up through the Department of Insurance first as an Enforcement Attorney, then as Legal Counsel to the division that regulates insurance company solvency, and ultimately as Deputy Commissioner.

Jay has a B.A. in History from the University of Georgia and received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Shuttleworth has both national and international experience in creating alternative risk funding structures for a wide variety of industry groups. He has worked for major insurance companies, major insurance brokers, and one of the leading providers of long term health care in Canada and the U.S. His entire insurance career has been devoted to finding creative solutions to risk funding. His current position as Managing Partner of Venture Captive Management provides him with the opportunity to put his experience and creative energy into practice. He is supported by an extraordinary team of professionals who help him turn his ideas into reality.

Kim is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and is an expert on captive insurance matters. She is a former risk manager for a Fortune 50 company, responsible for the placement of billions of dollars of insurance coverage, management of its captives and hundreds of millions of dollars of claims, and resolution of coverage disputes involving complex coverage matters. Kim has consulted for a number of large publicly traded and privately-owned businesses in optimizing their risk management programs and establishing captive insurance programs, large and small.

She is a licensed attorney and has written and spoken on insurance topics including “Coverage for Low-Frequency Risks is Not a Sham” ,Tax Notes Federal, Volume 170, February 21, 2021; “Running into Trouble,” Captive Insurance Times, May 2017; and “Captive Insurance for the Middle Market,” Journal of Accountancy, November 2016.

Kim holds MBA and J.D. degrees from Emory University and a BA degree, magna cum laude, from Oglethorpe University. She is a member of the ABA Captive Insurance Committee and advisory board member of the Georgia Captive Insurance Association.

Linda Nethery is Managing Partner and responsible for all operations at Venture Captive Management. She has been in the insurance industry her entire career working for major companies such as CNA and AIG in addition to local, regional, and national brokerage firms. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Purdue.

Linda has been involved primarily with “long tail” liability and “program” business. Both of these industry segments have unique profitability features and require attention to details to be successfully underwritten. This experience makes her perfectly suited to assessing captive operations and maintaining their profitability. She works closely with the talented staff at VCM who use actuarial data and insurance regulations to the maximum benefit of clients.

Linda also works closely with the other Managing Partner, Sterling Shuttleworth, in the development of new products. She turns creative ideas into tangible results.
